Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
- Physical items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Digital products (courses, downloads, software) are also covered — you don’t have to prove you “tried everything” first.
- We do not require you to return completed workbooks or delete downloads before we issue a refund — but we ask you to respect our work.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Certain products can’t be returned or refunded:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable items
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
Partial Refunds
In rare cases, we may offer partial refunds if:
- A book or physical product has obvious signs of use
- Media (CDs, DVDs, vinyl, software) has been opened
- An item is returned damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- An item is returned after 30 days from delivery

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. For exchanges, submit a ticket at plucky.money/support for instructions.
Gifts
- If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If it wasn’t marked as a gift, we’ll refund the original purchaser.
