These Terms apply to all users of our website and services, including but not limited to:

  • Users who purchase guides, courses, or tools
  • Users who purchase and use the Bill Audit Tool
  • Users who purchase and use the Budget App

3. User Registration & Account Responsibility

4. Payment Terms & Billing

Payment Processing:

  • We accept payments through Stripe and WooCommerce payment gateway
  • All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processors
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for the products or services you purchase
  • Payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers
  • By submitting payment information, you represent that you have the authority to use that payment method

Pricing & Charges:

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, except that prices for active subscriptions will only change upon renewal with advance notice as required by law
  • We may offer promotional pricing, discounts, or special offers that are subject to specific terms
  • Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, VAT, or other taxes. We will charge tax where required by law
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

Billing:

  • For subscription services, you will be charged on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as specified at purchase)
  • Recurring charges will continue until you cancel your subscription
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase for guides and courses; subscription refunds follow our refund policy posted at checkout
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment after providing notice

Subscription Cancellation:

  • No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods

Failed Payments:

5. Refund & Return Policy

Digital Products (Guides, Courses, Tools):

  • Most digital products are non-refundable once access is granted
  • Refunds for digital products must be requested within 30 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the content
  • Partial refunds are not available for partially consumed content

Subscription Services (Bill Audit Tool, Budget App):

  • Subscription refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have made no significant use of the service
  • "Significant use" means accessing features, importing data, or generating reports
  • Refunds for subscriptions will be pro-rated if requested mid-billing period
  • Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period

Refund Process:

Costs:
We will pay all JAMS administration and arbitrator fees for individual actions. You pay your own attorney fees unless required by law.

No Class Action:
You agree not to bring claims on a class-action, class-representative, or representative basis. All arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis, not as a class action.

Opt-Out:
